AMBERMERE INN
FOOD

Lets just start by saying we are definitely not a pub! . . . but what we are is a small venue that reflects what was commonplace in these early Cobb & Co Inns - a social place for the traveller that resembles more of a wine bar.

With a paddock to plate & nose to tail philosophy, our food centres around the season & plays homage to our local & regional growers, creating dishes to be shared around the table with family & friends.  There is a strong emphasis on old traditions such as preserving, pickling, curing & slow cooking with a commitment to hand made ingredients.

“Food is to be shared

- it's about bringing people together”
